No endorsement or verification.Listings are compiled from public business data. CrawlSpaceFinder does not verify the licensing, insurance, certifications, awards, workmanship, or warranty terms of any contractor, and a listing is not an endorsement or recommendation. Ratings and review counts shown are sourced from Google and reflect Google's data, not our assessment. Always confirm a contractor's credentials yourself before hiring.

Quote requests. When you request a quote, we pass your details to independent crawlspace contractors in your area. Any work, pricing, inspection, contract, and warranty is strictly between you and the contractor. CrawlSpaceFinder is not a party to and is not responsible for those services.

No warranty; limitation of liability.The site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any listing or cost estimate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrawlSpaceFinder is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or from any contractor you find through it.

Paid listings.Featured and Premium listings are paid placements that affect a listing's position and presentation only — they are not a verification, endorsement, or guarantee of the contractor. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Contractors may request corrections or removal, and anyone may raise a question, by contacting hello@crawlspacefinder.com. We may update these terms from time to time.
